New Bel Air, mostly frequented by the Urban upper middle Class in Kigali no matter the age?Known for a very good view especially at sunset!Low music to wrap the day.Good prices! Nice waitry and waitresses

I really like this place. Food is really good (and was quick!), beer is cold and the view is amazing...parking can be a little tough but there are attendants that can help.

Great find! If you are visiting this is a great local restaurant to check out Rwandan food (try Zingalo if you're brave, heart if you aren't) in an incredibly scenic setting. It's comfortable, chill and cheap.
